Your account and public Scrapbook

Scrapbooks are public by default. Your public username, optional display name and bio, Scrapbook Entries, Reflections, and Meaningful Encounter dates can be viewed by anyone.

You are responsible for access to your email account and for keeping Authentication Links secure. Do not forward or share an Authentication Link.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Aficionado a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and publicly display that content solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use Aficionado to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• publish infringing, abusive, or unlawfully harmful material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• disrupt, probe, overload, or interfere with the service; or
• scrape, automate, or access the service in a way that harms it or its users.

Third-party material

Catalog data, artwork, and external links remain owned by their respective rights holders and are governed by the applicable providers’ terms. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to you or Aficionado.

Moderation and changes

Aficionado may moderate or remove content, restrict accounts, change features, or discontinue the free service when reasonably necessary to operate, protect, or improve it.

Availability and responsibility

Aficionado is provided on a best-effort basis. Availability may be interrupted, and there is no guarantee that content or account data will always be preserved. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aficionado is provided without warranties and is not responsible for indirect or disproportionate losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit Aficionado to exclude or limit.
