The sign-in email now also shows a six-digit code. If the link opens on a different device from the one you’re signing in on, type the code on the sign-in page instead.
You can delete your account yourself from Settings. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.
A better mobile web experience
On a phone, Aficionado now has a bar at the bottom: Profile, Inbox, Add, Discover, and Settings. Add opens from whichever page you are on.
Inbox brings your messages and activity together, and Settings is one page where choices save as you make them.
Moving between pages no longer reloads the whole page, and Back closes a media title you opened.
Recommend a media title to someone
Open a media title in your own Scrapbook or Radar and choose Recommend to send it to someone on Aficionado, with a note if you like.
They get a notification, and an email if they have conversation emails on, that leads to your pick with your note beside Keep. If they keep it, you’ll be notified.
A recommendation is part of your private conversation about that media title, so they can reply to it there. Copy link and the other sharing options are still in the same menu.
Conversations and notes on the artwork
Conversations: Message someone about a pick or a List on their Profile. Conversations are private, between the two of you, and stay with the media title or List they’re about.
Find your conversations from the new icon in the header, choose whether people can start new ones with you, and block or report from a conversation’s menu.
Notes: Your note now sits on the artwork when a media title is open, and visitors can reply to it to start a conversation.
Notifications and more complete keeper counts
Get notified when someone discovers a media title through your Scrapbook, Radar, or Lists and keeps it for the first time.
“Kept by” counts now include private collections and unlisted Lists, while the people list shows only public keepers.
Privacy controls for Scrapbook and Radar
Scrapbook and Radar each start Public. Change either setting from its own collection tab on your Profile; the settings are independent.
When a collection is Private, visitors cannot see its Works, Reflections, Meaningful Encounter dates, or other memories, including through direct links. Your username, display name, bio, and Profile Picture remain visible.
Lists have separate visibility settings. Public Lists appear on your Profile, while anyone with an Unlisted List’s link can open it, regardless of your Scrapbook or Radar settings.

Add a media title to one or more Lists from Keep without changing its place in Scrapbook or Radar.
